BIM-Projektsteuerer für Bauwesen und Digitalisierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Hauptansprechperson der Kund:innen zum Thema BIM, Digitalisierung, Medien und Prozessen und bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der BIM-Strategie
- Du koordinierst, überwachst und steuerst BIM-Prozesse über alle Fachbereiche im Bauwesen und erstellst Modellierungs- und Datenrichtlinien sowie BIM-relevante Dokumente, wie bspw. AIA, Vor-BAP, etc.
- Du initialisierst, implementierst, begleitest und schließt BIM-Projekte ab und berätst zum Informationsaustausch und -umgang mit Daten in einer CDE
- Du arbeitest Workshops und Schulungen aus, führst diese durch, analysierst Kernprozesse, berätst und definierst strategische Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du führst Regelprüfungen als Qualitätssicherung durch, strukturisierst und organisierst das Projekt und verfolgst aktuelle Trends, disruptive Technologien und baust Netzwerke mit Partnerbüros, Start-Ups sowie weiteren wertvollen Partner:innen für den jeweiligen Projekterfolg auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Stadtplanung, Bauinformatik oder vergleichbares
- Du besitzt erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, sowie erste Erfahrungen mit BIM-Software/-Tools
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in LEAN und in Planung, Bau oder Betrieb
- Du kannst sicher mit MS Office 365 Anwendungen umgehen
- Du bist kommunikativ, kollaborativ, motivierend, agil und lösungsorientiert aus
- Du zeichnest dich durch Sicherheit im Auftreten und sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus
- Du hast Verständnis zu einschlägigen und führenden Richtlinien und Normen – z.B. VDI Richtlinie 2552, DIN EN ISO 19650, AHO (insbesondere Heft Nr. 9 und Nr. 11) , HOAI etc.
- Du überzeugst durch Technik-Affinität, disruptive Lösungsansätze und kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft
- Du hast die BIM-Methode im Blut

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
