Als Product Owner bist Du der CEO des Produktes und schaffst zusammen mit Deinem internationalen Team einen echten Value für unsere Kunden. Dabei übernimmst Du die zentrale Planung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller e-Commerce Plattform Lösungen auf Basis von Composable Commerce. Dich erwartet eine Arbeitsumgebung die geprägt ist durch Transparenz, Partnerschaft und Vertrauen. Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und optimierst die digitale Customer Journey, basierend auf Business- und Kundenbedürfnissen
- Du konzipierst Produktlösungen für verschiedene Stakeholder und Teamziele
- Du erfasst und verwaltest Anforderungen im übergreifenden Backlog
- Du arbeitest mit dem Entwicklungsteam, QA und UX-Designern bei der Produktumsetzung zusammen
- Du vernetzt dich mit internen und externen Fachbereichen, um bereichsübergreifende Themen voranzutreiben

Welche Fähigkeiten erwarten wir von dir?
- Du kommst aus der näheren Umgebung von München, oder du bist umzugsbereit. Da wir uns eine Teamarbeit vor Ort wünschen
- Du kannst 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT Product Owner (m/w/d) vorweisen
- Du hast bereits mit Scrum Teams, digitale Produkte in einem flexiblen, neu zu entwickelnden E-Commerce- oder Dienstleistungsprojekt bzw. an individuellen IT Lösungen gearbeitet
- Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Medieninformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation absolviert
- Du hast Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Projektmanagementmethoden z.B. Kanban, Scrum und Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und verstehst, wie Gesamtsysteme funktionieren
- Du bist souverän im Stakeholder Management und kannst zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessenslagen abwägen, vermitteln und Lösungen finden
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
