- Sie überwachen die Wirksamkeit des Managementsystems sowie die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Sie führen Systemaudits sowie Mitarbeiterschulungen bezüglich des Managementsystems durch
- Sie sind für die qualitätssystemrelevanten Standards und Abläufe in unserem Unternehmen verantwortlich
- Sie unterstützen die monatlichen Q-Berichte, die strategischen Q-Ziele unserer Gruppe sowie bei der Durchführung von Management-Reviews und der Fertigung und Lieferanten in allen qualitätssystemrelevanten Fragen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Auditor (Prozessaudits und Systemaudits) und idealerweise eine zusätzliche Ausbildung als Auditor ISO14001 und/oder ISO45001 und Kenntnisse in Fachgebiet Nachhaltigkeit
- Sie bringen gute Normenkenntnisse in ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 und IATF 16949 sowie Kenntnisse für Coretools mit
- Sie zeigen unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
- Sie sind flexibel, bereit zu reisen und überzeugen mit Ehrlichkeit, Loyalität, Kundenorientierung und Eigenständigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
