Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst umfassende Analysen der IT-Infrastruktur und Geschäftsprozesse durch, um Schwachstellen zu identifizieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du entwickelst technische Konzepte und Lösungsarchitekturen, die den Anforderungen der Kund:innen entsprechen und deren Geschäftsziele unterstützen
- Du setzt IT-Lösungen um und integrierst sie unter Berücksichtigung der neuesten Technologien und Best Practices, um Effizienz und Leistung zu maximieren
- Du leitest IT-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, einschließlich Ressourcenplanung, Zeitmanagement und Budgetkontrolle
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen zusammen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen, Lösungsvorschläge zu präsentieren und sicherzustellen, dass die implementierten Systeme ihre Erwartungen erfüllen
- Du unterstützt implementierte Systeme und schulst Endbenutzer:innen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und eine effektive Nutzung sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung und im Projektmanagement
- Du bringst Einsteigerwissen für IT-Infrastrukturen, Cloud-Technologien und Softwareentwicklung mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich vermitteln
- Du bist teamfähig und kundenorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
