Marketing Manager für das Produkt Therapie (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für die Business Unit Therapie
- Identifizierung und Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Marktrends, um zielgerichtete Marketingkampagnen zu erstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement- und Vertriebsteams
- Erstellung, Verantwortung sowie Mitwirkung an allen Texten für Online- und Offline-Maßnahmen und die damit einhergehende Umsetzung auf den verschiedenen Kommunikationskanälen
- Beteiligung an kreativen Prozessen von der Ideenfindung bis zu der Erstellung von Storylines und Storyboards für die Videoproduktion
- Entwicklung von SEO-optimierten Texten
- Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Werbe- und Verkaufsförderungsaktivitäten
- Beobachtung der Wettbewerbslandschaft, um Marktchancen und -risiken zu identifizieren
- Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Unterstützung bei kreativen Prozessen und Veranstaltungskonzeption
- Verwaltung des Marketingbudgets und Erstellung von Berichten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem kommunikativen / journalistischen Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung auf einer vergleichbaren Position

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
