Was erwartet dich?
- Bearbeitung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher und aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen im Kreditgeschäft inkl. schriftlicher Fixierung in Form von Dienstanweisungen.
- Verantwortung für das Kompetenzwesen im Kreditgeschäft.
- Ansprechpartner für aufsichtsrechtlich konforme und effiziente Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsprozesse im Kreditgeschäft gemäß MaRisk.
- (Mit-)Gestaltung des Produktkatalogs im Aktivgeschäft einschließlich der Konditionenpflege.
- Administration bzw. Pflege von Software im Kreditbereich.
- Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für kreditfachliche Themen sowie Aufbereitung und Zur-Verfügungstellung aller relevanten Informationen für die Mitarbeiter im Kreditgeschäft.
- Verantwortung für Analyse /Optimierung der Kreditprozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur/zum Bankkauffrau/mann erfolgreich abgeschlossen und Ihr Wissen durch eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Bankfachwirt/in oder Sparkassenbetriebswirt/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erweitert.
- Sie konnten im Rahmen Ihrer bisherigen Tätigkeit Kenntnisse im Kreditbereich sowie im Kernbanksystem OSPlus sammeln.
- Sie verfügen über hohes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist von Zielstrebigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative geprägt.
- Sie legen überdurchschnittliche Kontaktfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit an den Tag und sind außerdem flexibel.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihr freundliches, sicheres und gewandtes Auftreten sowie hohes persönliches Engagement.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
