Facharzt als Oberarzt für Innere Medizin (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die konsiliarische internistische Patientenbetreuung in Diagnostik und Therapie mit Weisungsbefugnis auf fachärztlichen Gebiet und die Kommunikation mit der Vertragsapotheke
- Sie stimmen über die Rehabilitationsziele sowie die Rehabilitationspläne mit dem Rehabilitanden (m/w/d) und dem Rehabilitationsteam ab und arbeiten im ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst mit
- Sie erstellen Reha-Entlassungsberichte unter Einbeziehung der Berichte anderer Fachdisziplinen des Rehabilitationsteams und kooperieren mit Vor- und Nachbehandler:innen inklusive der Einleitung entsprechender Nachsorgemaßnahmen
- Sie wirken bei der Ausbildung und Anleitung der Ärzte (m/w/d) in Weiterbildung und an Patienten- und Informationsveranstaltungen mit
- Sie pflegen eine enge Kooperation mit allen Berufsgruppen im Reha-Zentrum
