Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen den globalen und die regionalen Einkaufsleiter (m/w/d) der Global Business Services bei der Umsetzung der Einkaufsstrategie, leiten eigenständig Projekte und koordinieren Optimierungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Prozess- und Warengruppenmanagern (m/w/d) sowie operativen Einkäufern (m/w/d).
- So sind Sie unter anderem für weitere Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerungen im Einkauf verantwortlich.
- Die Definition und Umsetzung von Standards und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen gehören dabei ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Überwachung der Durchdringung implementierter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen anhand definierter KPIs.
- Auch das Change-Management zählt dazu: Sie sind essenzieller Bestandteil des Process Management Teams und steuern gemeinsam Weiterentwicklungen und Veränderungen.
- Die Definition, Ausgestaltung und Einführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen und Trainings gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben als Purchasing Manager Global Business Services (m/w/d).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
