Praktikum in der Geschäftsführung Fokus eCommerce (m/w/d)
Um das Wachstum des Portfoliounternehmens weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten und unternehmerisch interessierten Praktikanten (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce oder Digitalisierung. Das Unternehmen ist Marktführer im Online-Vertrieb von Heiz- und Wärmetechnik-Lösungen auf dem deutschen Markt und fertigt hochqualitative Brennöfen selbst.
In dieser Position unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung des Portfoliounternehmens bei spannenden Projekten zur Professionalisierung und Digitalisierung des Unternehmens (insbesondere beim Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbereiche oder in einem der aktuellen Unternehmensbereiche E-Commerce, Operations sowie Sales und Service).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du treibst abteilungsübergreifende Projekte im Bereich des E-Commerce und der Digitalisierung voran, mit dem Ziel, die Wettbewerbsposition des Portfoliounternehmens nachhaltig auszubauen
- Die von dir geleiteten Projekte wirken auf die Verbesserung der wichtigsten E-Commerce-Prozesse, Strukturen und Systeme
- Du baust z. B. neue Geschäftsbereiche auf, wendest Technologie der künstlichen Intelligenz oder des Advanced Analytics an, du unterstützt in der Webshop-Optimierung bzw. im Performance-Marketing oder du entwickelst Konzepte, um die Einkaufs- und Serviceerfahrung unserer Kund:innen noch weiter zu verbessern
- Teil deiner Tätigkeit sind Analysen zu Kernthemen des E-Commerce und die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Bei deiner Arbeit stimmst du dich fortlaufend mit unserer Geschäftsführung ab und setzt deine Verbesserungsvorschläge selbständig oder im Team um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist im 3. Semester (oder höher) in einem Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Technik eingeschrieben
- Du hast ein hervorragendes Abiturzeugnis
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität für E-Commerce und ein hohes Interesse an digitalen Tools & Design Themen
- Du arbeitest nach einem Coaching durch uns selbstständig und denkst unternehmerisch
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Professioneller Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel) sind selbstverständlich für dich
- Kenntnisse im Bereich von Shop-Systemen, Warenwirtschaftssystemen oder im Online-Marketing sind von Vorteil

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
