Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst für die Durchführung von Projekten der Altlastensanierung, Havariebeseitigung und Flächenrevitalisierung
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung, die Überwachung von Projekten und führst Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Nachauftragnehmer
- Du bist für die Terminkoordination und Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, der Bauüberwachung und Behörden zuständig
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Kostenverfolgung, dem Nachtragsmanagement und der Rechnungsvorbereitung
- Du wirkst bei der Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Ing. FH im Master oder Bachelor im Bereich Bauwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektabwicklung, dem Vertragsrecht und in der Nachtragsverfolgung
- Du beherrschst einen guten Umgang mit berufstypischer Hard- und Software
- Du zeichnest dich durch kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln, deine Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität aus
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für das Erreichen des Ziels der Sanierungsmaßnahme und das wirtschaftliche Ergebnis des Projekts
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klassen B und C1
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Mit unserer mehr als 20-jährigen Firmenexistenz verfügen wir über besondere Kompetenz im Brückenbau, Kanal- und Tiefbau, Straßenbau und Industriebau. Dabei gehören Bauleistungen für Industriekunden, die Erstellung von Ingenieurbauwerken – wie zum Beispiel Brücken, Durchlässe und Stützwände – und der Straßenbau von Beginn an zu unserem festen Leistungsspektrum. Übliche Auftragsinhalte des Industriebaus sind Maschinenfundamente, Maschinengruben, Gräben, Kanäle und Industriefußböden. Darüber hinaus übernehmen wir selbstverständlich auch Reparaturarbeiten an bestehenden Bauwerken und Bauteilen.
