Vertriebsingenieur im Bereich Umweltdienstleistungen und Bauprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreiben Projektakquise im Bereich der angebotenen Dienstleistungen/Sachverständigenleistungen (u.a. Geologie, Schadstoffsanierungen, Arbeitssicherheit, Energiemanagement)
- Sie steuern die laufenden Vertriebsaktivitäten in der Region inkl. Abstimmung von überregionalen und regionalen Vertriebsprojekten mit der Vertriebsorganisation bzw. den lokalen Teams
- Sie verantworten die Akquise von Neukunden sowie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden
- Sie entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam Vermarktungen und erstellen Vertriebsplanungen sowie Vertriebsberichte
- Sie analysieren die Markt- und Kundenentwicklung mit dem Ziel der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie und unserer Portfolios

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss im Bereich Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. über entsprechende Berufserfahrung und Weiterqualifikationen
- Sie haben bestenfalls bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und kennen sich mit den entsprechenden Normen und Vorschriften aus
- Sie kombinieren ein betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln mit einem sehr hohen technischen Sachverstand
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Sozialkompetenz für die Pflege und Bildung neuer Netzwerke, als auch für den Kontakt zu Kund:innen und Mitarbeitenden
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit und Selbstmanagement sowie Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Präsentationstechniken und IT-Kenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen in Deutschland und ein Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
