Für unseren Standort in Neubrandenburg suchen wir Steuerfachwirte (w/m/d). Sie sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung? Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen vollständig digitalisierte Finanzbuchhaltungen
- Sie interpretieren und erläutern die monatlichen, firmenspezifischen Auswertungen
- Sie überwachen, dokumentieren und bewerten die steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen Ihrer Mandant:innen
- Sie bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich private und betriebliche Buchhaltungen, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Gehaltsabrechnungen, erstellen monatliche Reportings, Jahresabschlüsse bzw. Einnahmeüberschussrechnungen und Steuererklärungen
- Sie kommunizieren eigenverantwortlich mit Ihren Mandant:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten bzw. legen in naher Zukunft die Prüfung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) erfolgreich ab, gern auch eine erfolgreich abgelegte Prüfung zum Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Sie haben Freude an der eigenverantwortlichen Bearbeitung von privaten und betrieblichen Buchhaltungen, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Gehaltsabrechnungen, dem Erstellen von monatlichen Reportings, Jahresabschlüssen bzw. Einnahmeüberschussrechnungen und Steuererklärungen
- Sie haben Spaß an steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Sie interessieren sich für Unternehmensprozesse und -zusammenhänge, haben eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, unternehmerisches Denken, Engagement, Flexibilität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den MS Office-Tools sowie einschlägigen Programmen (z.B. DATEV)
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung- und Rechnungslegung nach HGB oder im Bereich der Lohnabrechnung
- Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten
- Sie sind sorgfältig, eigenständig und teamfähig, engagiert und aufgeschlossen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
