Was erwartet Sie?
- Sue gewährleisten den optimalen Serverbetrieb inklusive Monitoring und Störungsbehebung sowie dessen bedarfsgerechte Weiterentwicklung
- Sie übernehmen 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für alle Themen im Bereich IT Server Operations
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Betrieb und Pflege der Citrixfarm / Terminalserver, Print-Server, Datenbank-Server (SQL), Web-Server (IIS), BizTalk-Server sowie das Server-Monitoring
- Sie wahren den optimalen Betrieb von E-Mail- und Exchange-Servern inklusive der Pflege des Active-Directory-Verzeichnisdienstes
- Sie achten auf den Betrieb, die Wartung und die Pflege von DNS-, DHCP-, FTP- und Dateiservern
- Sie setzen Kundenvorgaben um, halten sie ein und achten auf die Einhaltung von Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und des Arbeitszeitgesetzes

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit bis zu fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung in relevanter Position
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Datenbanksystemen (MS SQL) sowie Citrix-Systemen / Terminalserver und im System Monitoring
- Sie verfügen über Know-How im Umgang mit Microsoft Serverbetriebssystemen und Microsoft Infrastrukturdiensten
- Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen E-Mail-Architektur sowie aktuellen Server- und Storage-Technologien mit
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie solide Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise sowie einen eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
