Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest den elektronischen Posteingang und Postausgang
- Du managst Fristen und Termine inklusive der Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Gerichtsterminen
- Du führst und verwaltest elektronische Akten und bearbeitest Verfügungen
- Du korrespondierst fernmündlich, insbesondere mit Gegner:innen, Gerichten und Behörden
- Du führst Zwangsvollstreckungen durch, du führst gerichtliche Mahnverfahren mittels EGVP durch und du erstellst einfach gelagerte Schriftsätze
- Du erstellst und pflegst physische Gerichtsakten, du koordinierst auswärtige Gerichtstermine und du übernimmst allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten und Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d), eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Forderungen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse im außergerichtlichen und gerichtlichen Mahnverfahren sowie Grundkenntnisse der Zwangsvollstreckung
- Du bist verhandlungsgeschickt und -sicher, überzeugend und hast ein kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Du bist belastbar, teamfähig, flexibel, zuverlässig und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du hast EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Inkassosoftware
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
