Teamlead für Quality Assurance & Documentation (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Deine Verantwortung: Du leitest unser kleines Quality Assurance &Documentation Team und trägst mit deiner Expertise maßgeblich dazu bei, die bestehenden QAD-Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Dazu identifizierst du Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Softwarequalität und -leistung unseres Produkts und seiner technischen Dokumentation
- Strategische Planung: Du erstellst Testpläne und -strategien, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Aspekte unserer Webapplikation getestet werden und den Anforderungen entsprechend funktionieren
- Hands-on dabei: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Testbibliothek fortlaufend für automatisierte und manuelle Tests wächst. Du überwachst und begleitest dabei die Durchführung der Tests neuer Features und bist auch mit von der Partie, wenn ein Bug zu identifizieren und zu beheben ist
- Dokumentation: Du stellst sicher, dass die Testergebnisse und -erkenntnisse kontinuierlich festgehalten werden und die Testdokumentationen und -berichte klar und nachvollziehbar für alle Stakeholder sind. Gleiches gilt auch für die technische Dokumentation unseres Produkts
- Enge Zusammenarbeit: Du bist im proaktiven Austausch mit unserem Entwickler-Team und den Kolleg*innen aus Customer Success sowie Expert Desk, um zu prüfen, welche eurer Verbesserungsideen bzgl. der Produktqualität und -dokumentation sowohl aus Kundenperspektive als auch technischer Sicht sinnvoll und machbar sind

- Dein Background: Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance, inkl. Erfahrung mit der Entwicklerkonsole und automatisiertem Testing. Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste (fachliche) Führungserfahrungen mit. Oder suchst du den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung Teamlead? Wir unterstützen dich dabei!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
