Für unsere Zentrale in München suchen wir ab sofort in Teil- und Vollzeit einen HR Business Partner (w/m/d).
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Personalbetreuung für einen Arbeitnehmerbereich
- Dabei beraten Sie als strategische und lösungsorientierte Ansprechperson die Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen in sämtlichen HR Fragestellungen
- Sie übernehmen die Integration der Lohnabrechnung vom externen Dienstleister und sind für die Lohnabrechnung aller Mitarbeiter:innen in Deutschland verantwortlich
- Sie sind für die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Umsetzung von arbeitsrechtlichen Maßnahmen zuständig und fungieren als Schnittstelle zu externen Kanzleien
- Die Beratung und Verhandlung von kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Arbeitnehmervertretung gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Personalcontrollings anhand geeigneter KPIs sowie die Begleitung des jährlichen Personalbudgetprozesses runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Payroll und Meldewesen sind zwingend erforderlich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht wären wünschenswert
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Einsatzbereitschaft, ein kommunikatives Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Affinität zum strukturierten Arbeiten aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
