Techniker im Service & Support für Messgeräte (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen engagierten Servicetechniker/in (w/m/d) für Messgeräte im Innendienst. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für technische Anfragen zu unseren Produkten und unterstützen unsere Partnerfirmen weltweit im Service- und Vertriebsnetz.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du fungierst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Vertriebspartner und beantwortest dabei technische Anfragen
- Du reparierst und wartest Messgeräte unserer Kunden in unserem Haus
- Du erstellst und pflegst Servicedokumente auf Englisch
- Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Bereichen zusammen, um die Qualität unserer Geräte ständig zu verbessern und bei Neuentwicklungen mitzuwirken
- Du erstellst Trainingsvideos und E-Learnings auf Englisch für die Servicetechnikerinnen und Servicetechniker unserer Vertriebspartner

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbar
- Englisch und Deutsch beherrschst du mündlich und schriftlich
- Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik ist erforderlich, im Kundendienst bzw. als Servicetechnikerin oder Servicetechniker wünschenswert
- Du bist kunden- und lösungsorientiert, arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert, besitzt ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
