Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie nehmen aktiv an Neuteil- / Projektbesprechungen teil, Sie sprechen die vorgegebene Fertigungsstrategie mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung ab, bevor die Programmierung beginnt und Sie präzisieren und legen die optimale Maschine fest, wobei die AV / Planung einbezogen wird
- Sie sprechen bei notwendigen Abweichungen von der festgelegten Fertigungsstrategie mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung ab, Sie führen ein Übergabegespräch mit dem Einsteller (m/w/d) durch, um mögliche Schwierigkeiten oder besondere Sachverhalte im Hinblick auf die Fertigungsstrategie zu erörtern und Sie unterstützen den Einsteller (m/w/d) beim Einfahrprozess
- Sie nehmen an Nachbesprechungen teil, Sie erfassen den Programmieraufwand zeitnah im Apollo und vervollständigen die Ressourcen und Sie beauftragen Sonderwerkzeuge nach Absprache mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und der Werkzeugkonstruktion
- Sie legen die Vorrichtungen in Absprache mit dem Vorrichtungsbau fest, Sie achten auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz und halten Verfahrensanweisungen und Arbeitsanweisungen ein und Sie berechnen die Laufzeit auf dem CAM-System, um die Arbeitsvorbereitung bei der Kalkulation zu unterstützen
- Sie sichten die Zeichnungen und Datensätze auf Übereinstimmung, Sie programmieren nach der vorgegebenen Fertigungsstrategie der Arbeitsvorbereitung und halten die Soll-Vorgabezeit ein und Sie korrigieren Programme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einsteller (m/w/d) und anderen beteiligten Abteilungen (Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen oder Arbeitsvorbereitung)
- Sie bearbeiten und verwalten die Opt. Programme nach Erkenntnissen des Einstell- und Fertigungsprozesses, Sie testen Programme, teilweise mit entsprechender Simulationssoftware, erkennen und beheben mögliche Fehler bei der Darstellung der programmierten Arbeitsfolgen und Sie beteiligen sich an KVP (Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess) organisatorisch, fachtechnisch und projektbezogen
- Sie halten die vorgegebenen Bearbeitungszeiten auf den Fertigungsmaschinen ein, Sie entwickeln sich persönlich weiter und Sie erstellen und verwalten eine Ordnerstruktur im Ordner „Programmablage“ zur Ablage und Archivierung von NC-Programmen für das jeweilige Bauteil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Facharbeiter oder Meister Fachrichtung Metall oder Zerspanungstechnik (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse und Anwendungserfahrungen im MS-Office sowie ERP-Erfahrung
- Sie besitzen Erfahrungen in CAD/CAM Systemen (Wünschenswert: Siemens NX 8.5)
