Was erwartet dich?
- Du musst dich nicht gleich zu Beginn deiner Karriere auf nur ein Fachgebiet festlegen. Im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung wechselst du regelmäßig zwischen unseren Abteilungen und erhältst somit wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene kaufmännische Bereiche, wie die Buchhaltung, den Vertrieb, das Lager sowie in den gesamten Innendienst
- Dabei erfährst du alles angefangen von der Bestellung beim Hersteller über die Kalkulation bis zur termingerechten Lieferung an den Kunden. Außerdem zeigen wir dir, worauf es bei der Steuerung und Verwaltung unserer betrieblichen Abläufe ankommt und du lernst, wie langfristige Kundenbindung durch Zufriedenheit funktioniert.
- Nach kurzer Zeit hast du dir jede Menge Können und Fachwissen angeeignet und bist bestens vorbereitet, selbstständig neue, verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben bei uns zu übernehmen und damit dein Wissen zu erweitern

- Durch intensive Einblicke in jede Abteilung bleibt es die gesamte Ausbildungszeit interessant für dich und dir wird eine vielseitige und qualifizierte Berufsausbildung geboten
- Du wirst Teil unseres familiären und motivierten Teams, in dem Erfolge gemeinsam gefeiert werden und auch mal gemeinsam gelacht wird. Außerdem wirst du durch einen Mentor/ eine Mentorin persönlich begleitet, sodass keine deiner Fragen offen bleibt
- Wir haben regelmäßige Mitarbeiterevents wie Sommer und Weihnachtsfeier und dir stehen 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr zur Erholung zur Verfügung
- Eine Übernahme am Ende der Ausbildung ist erwünscht

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (oder besser) oder bist kurz davor, diesen zu erhalten
- Es wäre super, wenn du schon Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office besitzt, um leichter in unser EDV-System zu starten
- Dich interessieren wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, du bist technisch interessiert und hast Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Außerdem kannst du dich gut in deutscher und englischer Sprache ausdrücken
- Pünktlichkeit und gute Umgangsformen sind für dich selbstverständlich und zudem hast du Spaß im Team zu arbeiten

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
