Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen neu erworbene sowie neu gebaute Wohnanlagen in das Asset Management, entwickeln Asset Strategien und leiten Businesspläne ab
- Sie managen und überwachen die Asset-Strategie und steuern und kontrollieren das Property Management
- Sie analysieren fortlaufend die Businesspläne hinsichtlich Ertrags- und Aufwandsentwicklungen
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Optimierungskonzepte bei Plan-Abweichungen um, um die Business Pläne erfolgreich umzusetzen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienbezug oder alternativ eine immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung und verfügen über mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft mit fundierten Fachkenntnissen
- Sie besitzen ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und gleichzeitig teamorientiert, verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Sie haben sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS Office-Programmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
