Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Performance Marketing Kampagnen in Absprache mit dem Marketing Team
- Du konzipierst Werbekampagnen und entwirfst passende Strategien, sodass mehr Conversions generiert werden
- Du bist für die Koordinierung des Contents zuständig und stellst sicher, dass unsere Zielgruppe direkt angesprochen wird
- Du erstellst Reportings und präsentierst wöchentlich die wichtigsten Kennzahlen, auf dessen Basis du die wesentlichen Maßnahmen ableitest
- Du verwaltest eigenverantwortlich die Verteilung hoher Budgets

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing oder Digital Marketing sammeln können
- Du bist spezialisiert in Google Ads, SM Ads, AB Test, Keyword Anpassung und hast einen 360° Rundumblick im Bereich Social Media
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Bereich Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager und bist in der Lage Daten und Muster zu erkennen
- Du besitzt ein hervorragendes Verständnis für Anzeigenalgorithmen von Facebook und/oder LinkedIn
- Du hast bereits nachweislich erfolgreiche Werbekampagnen im B2B-Bereich zur Generierung von Conversions erzielt
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und findest stets die richtigen Worte

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
