Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung existierender Systeme und Prozesse
- Du führst, steuerst und koordinierst selbstständig verschiedene Projekte und trägst die Verantwortung für deren erfolgreiche und termingerechte Umsetzung
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Regeln und Richtlinien für neue Prozesse und Systeme sicher
- Du übernimmst als Erstprojekt die Einführung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung eines neuen ERP Systems
- Du führst Workshops und Prozessanalysen durch und bist Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen in der Supply Chain

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. ein Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen
- Du zeigst Interesse an Prozessen und IT-Lösungen sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten, bist kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und hast eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du verfügst über organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du bist teamfähig, übernimmst Eigenverantwortung und bist zuverlässig
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
