Als Junior CFO mit Schwerpunkt Finance und Operations (m/w/d) denkst du strategisch und handelst gesamtunternehmerisch. Du unterstützt den geschäftsführenden Gesellschafter in allen operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen und leitest ganzheitliche Unternehmensprojekte.
Langfristig übernimmst du im Bereich Finance und Operations eine tragende Rolle im Unternehmen und wirst dazu Schritt für Schritt eingearbeitet.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest strategische Projekte zum Aufbau von Tochtergesellschaften und deren operativer Betreuung im Tagesgeschäft und Administration und du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung der langfristigen Firmenstrategie
- Du leitest strategische Projekte zur Sicherstellung der Profit- und Cashflow Ziele und du übernimmst die Projektleitung für die Einführung des neuen Warenwirtschaftssystems
- Du installierst ein Controllingsystem mit KPI zur weltweiten Steuerung der Einzelgesellschaften und stellst die Controlling Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung bereit und du bereitest Business Reviews vor und stellst die Umsetzung der beschlossenen Maßnahmen sicher
- Du bearbeitest Corporate Finance Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung inkl. Währungsabsicherung und internationales Risikomanagement und du bereitest die BWA auf Monatsbasis auf und unterstützt die Jahresabschlüsse der Gesellschaften
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung in der Konsolidierung der weltweiten Vertriebs-Forecasts und der Umsetzung in Beschaffungsaufträge und du sicherst durch geschicktes Inventory-Management und Management der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten die Cash Flow Ziele ab
- Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft und die zeitgerechte Erfüllung der Lieferaufträge und du optimierst die operativen Arbeits- und weltweiten Logistikprozesse, um die Profitabilität der Unternehmensgruppe zu erhöhen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eine unternehmerisch geprägte Persönlichkeit, die in einem spannenden Umfeld einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Unternehmensentwicklung leisten möchte
- Du verfügst über strategisches Denken und die Liebe zum Detail und du hast Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung strategischer Projekte inkl. der formellen und informellen Führung aller Teammitglieder und du bist eine vertrauenswürdige, loyale und 100% zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine insgesamt mindestens 5–10-jährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Operations und / oder einer internationalen Beratungsgesellschaft und du hast bestenfalls bereits Branchenerfahrung im Produktgeschäft und oder Gebrauchsgüter-Geschäft
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du agierst als Teamplayer:in, wirst aufgrund deiner persönlichen und fachlichen Autorität geschätzt und respektiert und kannst durch Einflussprojektmanagement deine Ziele erreichen
- Du willst Gestalten, dein unternehmerisches Potential zeigen und etwas aufbauen und du bist bereit, dich durch detaillierte Einarbeitung Schritt für Schritt auf die Übernahme größerer Aufgaben und Verantwortung vorzubereiten
