Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsziele in deinem Vertriebsgebiet, betreust und motivierst unsere Aktivpartner:innen und führst Gespräche mit Inhaber:innen, Marktleiter:innen und Geschäftsführer:innen zur Analyse von Potenzialen und strategischen Planung
- Du übernimmst die Gewinnung neuer Partner:innen, diese emotional zu binden und langfristig zu begleiten, knüpfst Kontakte auf der Fläche und entwickelst unsere Fachhändler:innen stetig weiter
- Du nimmst aktiv an Messen teil und führst Motivationsveranstaltungen durch
- Du beteiligst dich an der Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder, z.B. im Bereich Hörgeräte und Uhren, im Rahmen der Projektarbeit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. eine ähnliche Qualifikation und/oder über wertvolle Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Verkauf, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
- Du hast eine Affinität für die Bereiche Unterhaltungselektronik, Hausgerätetechnik oder Telekommunikation und Spaß daran dich in der Versicherungsbranche zu verwirklichen
- Du verfügst mindestens über erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und hast Interesse an weiteren digitalen Anwendungen (z.B. Touren-App)
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein souveränes und empathisches Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
