Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Beschaffungsstrategien für tierische Rohstoffe im internationalen Marktumfeld um. Ihre Verantwortung erstreckt sich auf einen nachhaltigen und kostenbewussten Beschaffungsansatz
- Aktiv beobachten und analysieren Sie Markttrends und Innovationsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der relevanten Warengruppen
- Die Vertragsverhandlungen mit unseren Lieferant:innen werden von Ihnen geleitet und sorgfältig dokumentiert
- Sie führen Lieferantenaudits durch, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen
- Gemeinsam mit dem Controlling erstellen Sie die Budgetplanung und setzen Kalkulationsvorgaben fest
- Sie begleiten und leiten Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Teamkollegen im Einkauf und den relevanten Schnittstellen
