Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Administration von Servern und VMs
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreibst Hochverfügbarkeitssetups
- Du kümmerst dich um die Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen
- Du betreust unsere Geschäftskunden und begleitest Kundenprojekte (optional bis hin zur Projektleitung)
- Du führst Wartungstätigkeiten in unseren Rechenzentren durch
- Du unterstützt im Bereich Inhouse-IT und stehst deinen Kolleg:innen vereinzelt als interner IT-Helpdesk zur Verfügung
- Du evaluierst und testest neue Hard- und Softwaretechnologien
- Du nimmst am professionellen Change- und Incident-Management teil
- Du bist Teil unseres Rufbereitschaftsdienstes und bekommst dies extra vergütet

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst idealerweise eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von hochverfügbaren Serversetups mit (Schwerpunkt Linux)
- Du hast eine Passion für die IT und stellst dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen
- Du bist vertraut mit Konfigurationsmanagementsystemen (Puppet, Ansible, Chef o.Ä.)
- Du pflegst einen fundierten Umgang mit Apache, Nginx, MySQL (Cluster), Redis, HAProxy etc.
- Du hast ein solides Verständnis für den Aufbau von Sicherheitsarchitekturen
- Dir ist der regelmäßige Austausch und eine ineinandergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen wichtig
- Dir fällt es nicht schwer, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und dich selbst zu organisieren
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
