Leiter für die Qualitätskontrolle von Arzneimitteln (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Prüfung, Ergebniserfassung und Freigabe von Rohware (AM und MP) und Verpackungsmaterialien
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Fertigware in der QK-Endkontrolle Produktion
- Prüfung, Freigabe und Genehmigung von Rohwaren-Spezifikationen
- Freigabe und Verwendungsentscheid der eingehenden Retoure (Fertigware)
- Verantwortung für die vollständige Dokumentation der Prüfberichte
- Überwachung der Dokumentation des Rückstellmusterzugs
- Dokumentation der internen Abweichungen sowie Entscheidung und Umsetzung der Sofortmaßnahmen und ggf. Definition von weiterführenden Maßnahmen (CAPA)
- Prüfung, Buchung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der zu vernichtenden Waren
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an den angebotenen Schulungen und Anwendung des Gelernten
- Kenntnisnahme und Umsetzung der aktuell gültigen qualitätsrelevanten Dokumente, u.a. SOPs
- Unterstützung bei den notwendigen Validierungen der Prüfverfahren
- Sicherstellung der Qualität und der GMP-Compliance gem. AMG und AMWHV unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Guidelines
- Sicherstellung, dass die anfängliche und fortlaufende Schulung des Personals in der Qualitätskontrolle entsprechend den jeweiligen Erfordernissen durchgeführt werden
- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen bezüglich der Qualität der gelieferten Rohware
- Temperaturüberwachung der eingehenden Rohware und Bewertung der Temperaturaufzeichnungen der Speditionen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie oder vergleichbares Studium/Fachhochschulstudium in Life Sciences; alternativ Berufsausbildung als PTA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und mind. 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Qualitätskontrolle (davon mind. 2 Jahre in der QK) von Arzneimitteln
- Erfahrung aus der Pharmaindustrie (Herstellung, QK oder QA) ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der nationalen Gesetze und Europäischen Vorschriften/Richtlinien wie AMG, AMWHV sowie GMP-Leitfaden und GDP- Richtlinie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und zugleich sehr gut im Team
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Führungsfähigkeit
- Organisationsgeschick
- Lösungsorientiertes Handeln und sehr gute Organisation
- Hohe Belastbarkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
