Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen ertragsorientierte Zeichnungs- und Pricingentscheidungen nach Maßgabe der jeweils geltenden Zeichnungsrichtlinien und Vollmachten und betreuen den Bestand und führen Vertragssanierungen durch
- Sie sind für das Ergebnis des zugeordneten Bereichs verantwortlich und unterstützen aktiv unsere Vertriebe und Vertriebspartner bei der Neugeschäftsentwicklung
- Sie begleiten Angebote und deren Erfolgen gemeinsam mit den Vertrieben
- Sie gestalten den Verkaufsprozess durch Beratung von Vermittler:innen und Vertrieben
- Sie beobachten und kommunizieren Markttrends und leisten Analysen zu Produkten, Kundenmarkt und Wettbewerbern
- Sie bereiten und durchführen Fachschulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen für Vermittler und Vertriebe vor

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Transport-Versicherungen
- Sie verfügen über weiterbildende Qualifikationen wie z.B. den Versicherungsfachwirt (m/w/d), den Qualifikationsnachweis als Transportspezialist (DVA) (m/w/d) und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Jura
- Sie können langjährige Erfahrung im Segment Transport-Versicherungen vorweisen, Kenntnisse hinsichtlich des Aufbaus und der Betreuung internationaler Versicherungsprogramme, ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie Einsatzbereitschaft nachweisen
- Sie legen Wert auf Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität und sind in der Lage strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie konzeptionelles Vorgehen umzusetzen
- Sie verfügen über Verhandlungserfahrung und Verhandlungsgeschick, Kunden- und Serviceorientiertheit sowie Selbstständigkeit
- Sie bringen sichere Computerkenntnisse insbesondere der MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
