Unterstützen Sie uns als engagierten Kaufmännischen Property Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (ca. 20-25 Stunden/Woche) und übernehmen die Verwaltung und Koordination unserer 4 Immobilienobjekte.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die effiziente Verwaltung unserer Objekte und die Koordination aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben
- Sie koordinieren Handwerker und Serviceanbieter für Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
- Sie verwalten und prüfen Wartungsverträge und stellen die Einhaltung der Vertragsbedingungen sicher
- Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Immobilien-Managements in den Objekten
- Sie identifizieren Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und setzen effiziente Prozesse um
- Sie prüfen den Versicherungsschutz der Immobilien und Sie erstellen Nebenkostenabrechnungen und ähnliche finanzielle Abrechnungen (ggf. mit "Lexware Hausverwalter")

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes immobilienspezifisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Immobilienkaufmann, -fachwirt oder vergleichbar) mit Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Facility/Property Manager oder Gebäudemanager (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und Kenntnisse in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Sie sind sehr vertraut mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, haben Routine im Umgang mit E-Mail, Internet und Telefon
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein Klasse B und sind bereit, zur Verwaltung unserer Immobilien (Stuttgart, Pforzheim, Kassel) zu reisen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig, zuverlässig und organisiert
- Sie sind absolute:r Teamplayer:in mit Hands-On-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
