Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Beteiligungsbewertungen nach HGB und IFRS durch und erstellen Financial Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
- Sie führen Kaufpreisallokationen durch und erstellen Fairness Opinions zur Beurteilung der Angemessenheit von Transaktionspreisen
- Sie übernehmen die Durchführung von Werthaltigkeitsprüfungen im Zusammenhang mit Sacheinlagen
- Sie führen Projekte zur Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzplanungsmodellen und unterstützen bei Schnittstellen im Kontext von Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Sie wirken bei der Bearbeitung von Grundsatz- sowie Spezialfragen der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung mit – auch und gerade mit Bezug zu Bewertungsfragen
- Sie unterstützen die Fachabteilung im Bereich Publikationen und Vorträge

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwirtschaft/Corporate Finance, nationale/internationale Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung bzw. Steuerlehre abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen erste Berufs- bzw. Branchenerfahrung im Bereich der Transaktionsberatung und/oder Unternehmensbewertung mit, idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine Qualifizierung als CVA und/oder CFA
- Sie haben Freude am projekt- und teamorientierten sowie eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
- Sie zeigen Motivation und ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sie übernehmen gerne Personalverantwortung und wollen unser Valuation-Team ausbauen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
