Deine Aufgaben
- Deine Mission als Quality Manager (m/w/d) ist die Umsetzung und Überwachung unserer Unternehmensstandards. Du hast Lust alle Mitarbeitenden bei uns in diesem Thema zu schulen, zu begeistern und damit einhergehend das Qualitätsbewusstsein in der Organisation zu fördern? Klingt gut? - Durch die stetige Kommunikation und Durchführung regelmäßiger Lieferantenbewertungen, trägst du zur ständigen Verbesserung der Qualität bei und fungierst als Schnittstelle bei IMS-relevanten Themen (Schwerpunkt Qualität) für interne Ansprechpartner (z.B. Fachabteilungen) und externe Kunden.
- Des Weiteren bereitest du Audits vor (1st, 2nd & 3rd Party) und leitest diese.
- Du arbeitest mit bei der kontinuierlichen Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Integrierten Management Systems (IMS), Schwerpunkt Qualität.
- Eine weitere wichtige Aufgabe ist deine Unterstützung bei der Bewertung, Analyse und Genehmigung von Abweichungen, inkl. Erstellung von 8D-Reporten sowie Ableitung von KVP-Projekten.
- Du bist stets auf der Suche nach Prozessrisiken und Verbesserungspotenzialen, identifizierst und bewertest diese und übernimmst die anschließende Koordination und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen. Ebenso zählen die Erstellung und die Auswertung von Statistiken / Kennzahlen zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Als Supporter und Moderator stehst du unseren Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung von Richtlinien und Prozessen tatkräftig zu Seite.

Dein Profil
- Als Qualifikation bringst du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit.
- Dank deiner mehrjährigen Erfahrung (ideal 3+ Jahre) im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bzw. Integrierte Management Systeme fühlst du dich in diesen Themen beruflich zu Hause.
- Du bist vertraut mit den Normenwerken ISO 9001 oder EN 9100 und konntest bereits Fortbildungen/Ausbildungen in diesen genießen. Du hast bereits eine Auditoren Weiterbildung? Sehr nice, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Qualitätsmanagement-Tools, wie z.B. 8D, 5 Why oder Turtle wendest du sicher an.
- Zudem konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in der Prozessmodellierung sammeln und idealerweise auch in der Arbeit mit Wiki-Softwarelösungen (z.B. BookStack).
- Kenntnisse des Luftfahrstandards DO-178C oder Programmiersprachen C, C++ und in der Arbeit mit git wären von Vorteil.
- Zu deinen Stärken zählen ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit bei parallelen Aufgaben sowie Flexibilität bezüglich der Anforderungen im Berufsalltag.
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (auch in Englisch), bist eine technisch-analytisch sowie ganzheitlich denkende Person und in deiner Arbeitsweise selbständig, teamorientiert, sorgfältig und strukturiert.
- Bei uns einzusteigen bedeutet, dass du ein Teamplayer bist und Teil eines internationalen Teams wirst, das gemeinsam etwas bewegen möchte.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
