Das Thema
An moderne Regalsysteme für Behälter-Shuttle werden sehr hohe Anforderungen bzgl. Ausführung der Montage sowie den Montagetoleranzen gefordert. Aufgrund der Größe der Anlagen sowie der sehr großen Anzahl an Messkriterien und -punkten ist die manuelle Dokumentation sehr zeitaufwendig. Zudem können viele Messkriterien und -punkte nur stichprobenartig erfasst und dokumentiert werden. Zukünftig sollen hier digitale Mess- und Dokumentationstechniken zur Anwendung kommen, welche auf ein geeignetes Trägerfahrzeug aufgesetzt werden.
Das Ziel:
Aufbauend auf einem vorhandenen Dokumentationsfahrzeug, das Bilder und Messwerte aufnehmen und bereitstellen kann, soll eine Software entwickelt werden, die die Daten automatisch filtert, auswertet, und verarbeitet, und bei der Fehlererkennung eine Genauigkeit von >99,5% erreicht.
Ihre Aufgabe:
Entwicklung einer Bildverarbeitungssoftware zur Auswertung von Daten, die von einem autonom fahrenden Dokumentationsgerät automatisch aufgenommen werden
Die Vorgehensweise:
1. Erstellen eines Konzepts zum Filtern der Bilder nach relevanten und nicht relevanten Bildern
2. Erstellen eines Konzepts zur Erkennung, ob Bilder Fehler enthalten, oder keine Fehler enthalten
3. Konzept zur automatischen Bewertung von Messdaten aus Toleranzmessungen hinsichtlich Maßabweichungen
4. Zusammenführen der Konzepte zu einem Softwareentwurf, mit dem ein Maßnahmenkatalog zur Korrektur von Fehlern und Maßabweichungen erstellt wird.
5. Ggf. Anpassungen am vorhandenen Dokumentationsgerät.
6. Ggf. Abschätzung der Kosten und wirtschaftliche Bewertung
7. Dokumentation und Vorstellung der Ergebnisse
