Wie kannst Du uns helfen?
- Du identifizierst und akquirierst Neukund:innen und pflegst die Beziehung zu unseren Bestandskund:innen im Bereich Industrie
- Vertragsverhandlungen führst Du eigenständig im Rahmen der unternehmerischen Vorgaben
- Als Schnittstelle zu unseren Kund:innen identifizierst Du deren Bedürfnisse und koordinierst deren optimale Umsetzung
- Du bist sprichst neben dem Einkauf auch mit der Qualitätsicherung, Produktentwicklung, der Produktionsleitung und koordinierst intern die Kommunikation
- Die Erkenntnisse aus Deiner kontinuierlichen Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung nutzt Du für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und die ständige Verbesserung Deiner eigenen Vertriebsperformance
- Du wirkst bei Produktentwicklungen, -veränderungen und -einführungen mit
- In enger Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Verkaufsinnendienst, der Logistik und dem Marketing bist Du maßgeblich bei der Umsetzung von diversen Projekten sowie der Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung beteiligt
- Du nutzt die regelmäßige Teilnahme an Events wie Messen etc., um neue Märkte zu erschließen und den Absatz unserer Produkte zu fördern

Was bringst Du mit?
- Du hast einen handwerklichen Background wie Bäcker, Lebensmitteltechniker (m/w/d) und verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit und bist bereit ca. 50 % deiner Arbeitszeit bei unsere Kund:innen vor Ort zu verbringen (Außendienst )
- Berufserfahrung hast Du durch Deine mehrjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Vertrieb oder der Verkaufsförderung
- Darüber hinaus hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln können
- Du kommunizierst sicher in der englischen Sprache
