  • Du bist ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres Sales-Teams und kümmerst dich um entscheidende Elemente des Vertriebszyklus
  • Du sprichst mit Handwerksbetrieben, um zu erfahren, an welchen Ecken in der Digitalisierung es bei ihnen hapert und pitchst unser Start-up
  • Du koordinierst Termine mit unseren zukünftigen Kund:innen und unseren Expert:innen für eine Produktvorführung
  • Du kümmerst dich um Handwerksbetriebe, die ihre Testphase nicht voll ausnutzen konnten und hilfst ihnen, in puncto Digitalisierung wieder durchzustarten und hast die KPI's ständig im Blick und trägst somit zum stetigen Wachstum bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich BWL, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Start-up Umfeld (auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen)
  • Du hast richtig Bock mithilfe von uns das Handwerk ins digitale Zeitalter zu begleiten und hast Lust am Vertrieb und der tägliche Kontakt mit verschiedenen Ansprechpersonen macht dich glücklich
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis von relevanten KPIs sowie deren Interpretation, denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und eigenverantwortlich und bist kommunikationsstark
  • Du trittst selbstsicher auf und hast Kommunikationserfahrung und immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen, während Teamfähigkeit dein zweiter Vorname ist und du idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Web Anwendungen #Cloud, besonders CRM Systeme (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) und Projektmanagement (Asana, Jira, Zendesk, ...) hast
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
