Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich um die Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Abstimmung der zu buchenden Rechnungen, Zahlläufe, Stammdatenüberwachung, Kontenabstimmung und Support bei Einführung der E-Rechnung).
- Du führst die Buchung der Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnungen durch
- Die Bearbeitung des Anlagevermögens (Zugänge, Abgänge, Anlagenspiegel) liegt ebenfalls in deinen Händen.
- Du unterstützt die Teamleitung bei der Intercompanyabstimmung und weiteren Aufgaben im Monatsabschluss
- Du kümmerst dich um admnistrative Aufgaben im Bereich Furhparkmanagement und Firmenversicherungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter:in / Steuerfachangestellter/in
- Du hast Erfahrung idealerweise mit Sage X3 oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
- Du verfügst über gute Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel (Verwalten von Tabellenkalkulationen, Erstellen von Diagrammen) und du hast gute Kenntnisse der Grundsätze, Gesetze und Vorschriften der Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung und Rechnungslegung
- Du bist Liebhaber:in von Details und Genauigkeit und bist es gewohnt, im Team zu arbeiten
- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Zertifizierung in Buchhaltung (z.B. CMA oder CPA)
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (Niveau C2 (CEF)) und gut Englisch (Niveau B2 (CEF))
- Du bist immer für einen Spaß zu haben und du hast die Intention, langfristig bei uns zu bleiben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
