Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung des Venture-Teams bei der Entwicklung und Validierung neuer Geschäftsbereiche sowie bei der Feststellung und Auswahl neuer Unternehmenskäufe im Gesundheitsbereich
- Mitarbeit bei Markt- sowie Unternehmensanalysen im Rahmen von Strategie- und Transaktionsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Financial Due Diligence Projekten, insbesondere bei der umfassenden Analyse von Unternehmen und Geschäftsmodellen
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von strategischen Handlungsoptionen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Management-Empfehlungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich am Ende deines Bachelorstudiums oder bereits im Master der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Im Rahmen eines Praktikums o. Ä. in den Bereichen Investmentbanking, Unternehmensberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung konntest du dich bereits beweisen
- Neben analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zeichnest du dich durch eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Neugier für neue Herausforderungen aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute EDV- und insbesondere Excel-Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du bist für 16 - 20 Stunden in der Woche verfügbar
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Bilanz-, Cashflow-Analyse, M&A, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling mit
