Was erwartet dich?
- Du bewertest die bestehenden automatisierten Lagersysteme hinsichtlich Hardware-Effizienz, Funktionalität der Software und dem allgemeinen betrieblichen Ablauf und arbeitest mit dem Datenspezialisten zusammen, um ML-Algorithmen, Advanced Analytics und datengesteuerte Methoden einzusetzen, um Erkenntnisse für After-Sales-Strategien und Systemverbesserungen zu gewinnen
- Du entwickelst und präsentierst Vorschläge für Kund:innen, die sich auf Software- und Hardwareänderungen, Systemintegrationen und Anpassungen konzentrieren, die mit den Geschäftszielen und technologischen Anforderungen übereinstimmen
- Du kommunizierst effizient mit Interessengruppen und baust und pflegst Kundenbeziehungen durch Verständnis für deren Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen
- Du führst Audits, Inspektionen und Kundenberatungen vor Ort durch, um die Effektivität der implementierten Lösungen zu bewerten und mögliche Upgrades oder Verbesserungen zu besprechen und arbeitest eng mit Service-Ingenieuren (m/w/d), Technikern (m/w/d) und Projektmanagement-Teams zusammen, um verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu identifizieren und diese Erkenntnisse an die Kund:innen weiterzugeben
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Servicemanager (m/w/d), den Projektmanagern (m/w/d) und der Geschäftsleitung zusammen, um die Funktionsweise der Serviceorganisation innerhalb des Unternehmens zu verbessern, insbesondere in Bezug auf die auf Kundenseite implementierten Verbesserungen
- Du stellst spezialisierte Einblicke in die Art und Weise bereit, wie Fortschritte bei automatisierten Lagertechnologien den allgemeinen Projekt- und Geschäftserfolg fördern können und überwachst kontinuierlich Systemleistungsindikatoren, After-Sales-Leistungsmetriken und Kundenfeedback, um Strategien abzustimmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Logistik oder Informatik und idealerweise zusätzliche Qualifikationen in KI, Datenanalyse oder Supply Chain und verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten in Datenanalyse-Tools, Programmiersprachen oder Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierung
- Du bringst vorzugsweise Kenntnisse in Datenbanksystemen (SQL) und Datenabfragetechniken sowie Lagerverwaltungs- und -steuerungssystemen (WMS/WCS) sowie Kenntnisse über AutoStore, AGV, AMR-Fahrzeugen, Lagerkränen und Förderanlagen mit
- Du zeigst Führungsqualitäten und konntest Erfahrung mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams sammeln
- Du hast Verständnis von Netzwerken und Konnektivitätsprotokollen wie Ethernet, Wi-Fi und IoT-Protokollen für die Kompatibilität mit Industrie 4.0
- Du verfügst über fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
