Betriebsleiter der Produktion (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen die Produktion und verantworten mit Ihrem Team die komplette Auftragsabwicklung und die Einhaltung der Liefertermine.
- Sie steuern die Produktion und sorgen für die rechtzeitige Verfügbarkeit aller Rohstoffe und Betriebsmittel sowie für die Aufrechterhaltung des Produktionsbetriebs.
- Sie betreuen Key-Accounts / Schlüsselkunden.
- Sie erstellen Kalkulationen und Angebote.
- Sie haben die Personalverantwortung für alle Produktionsmitarbeitenden.
- Sie managen externe Dienstleistungen/Outsourcing.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner und Lösungsgeber bei technischen Problemen, wie auch bei produktspezifischen Fragen.
- Sie überwachen die Arbeitssicherheit und stellen deren Einhaltung sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind im Besitz eines abgeschlossenen technischen Studiums oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung und können auf ein betriebswirtschaftliches Basiswissen zurückgreifen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit und konnten bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln.
- Sowohl mit Lieferanten als auch mit Kunden können Sie gleichzeitig diplomatisch, zielorientiert und durchsetzungsstark kommunizieren.
- Begeisterung für Technik und Holz gepaart mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis zeichnen sie aus.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln geprägt von einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Ihr persönliches Auftreten ist authentisch, sicher, loyal, zuverlässig, emphatisch, vertrauensvoll und teamfähig.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch (C2+) und Englisch (C1+) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
