Was erwartet dich?
- Fachkommunikation:
Agieren Sie als Hauptkommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen unserem IT Service Team und den Endkunden, um eine effektive Problemlösung und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. - Ticketsystemmanagement:
Übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und das Management von Fachanwendungen über unser Ticketsystem. Priorisieren und bearbeiten Sie eingehende Anfragen selbstständig und entwickeln Lösungsstrategien für komplexe technische Probleme. - Problembehandlung und Userverwaltung:
Identifizieren und lösen Sie spezialisierte Userprobleme. Verwalten und überwachen Sie Userkonten und Zugriffsrechte, um Sicherheit und Konformität zu gewährleisten. - Dokumentation und Reporting:
Erstellen Sie detaillierte Dokumentationen und technische Auswertungen zur ständigen Verbesserung unserer IT-Supportprozesse und zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.

- Ausbildung:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Fachinformatik, IT-System-Kaufmann, Informatikkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Analytische Kompetenz:
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gepaart mit einer systematischen, strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise. - Sprachkenntnisse:
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich. - Persönliche Eigenschaften:
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine optimistische Grundhaltung. - Technische Fähigkeiten:

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
