Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bauen unser Netzwerk aus Firmenkund:innen, Banken & Finanzierungspartnern weiter aus und pflegen langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen
- Sie identifizieren Finanzierungsbedarfe im Firmenkundensegment und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Banken & Partnern passende Lösungskonzepte
- Sie steuern den gesamten Prozess von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Strukturierung der Finanzierung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Sie analysieren Firmenkundenengagements, bereiten Kreditentscheidungen vor und begleiten die Abstimmung mit internen & externen Stakeholdern
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebs- & Partnermanagementprozesse mit und bringen eigene Ideen ein
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Team in Stuttgart zusammen und übernehmen hierfür regelmäßige Dienstreisen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Lust darauf, Firmenkundenfinanzierungen aktiv mitzugestalten und unser Netzwerk mit Banken & Finanzierungspartnern weiterzuentwickeln
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, BWL o.ä.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Firmenkundenkreditgeschäft sowie im Sales oder Partner Management
- Ausgeprägte analytische & konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit einer hohen Kommunikationsstärke und einem sicheren Auftreten
- Hohe Vertriebsaffinität sowie Freude daran, Beziehungen zu Kund:innen & Partnern aufzubauen und zu entwickeln
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit viel Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen zu unserem Team in Stuttgart

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
