Was erwartet dich?
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) werden Sie in verschiedene Aspekte unseres Unternehmens eingeführt. Dazu gehört die Einarbeitung in unser ERP-System, um mit den betrieblichen Abläufen vertraut zu werden. Sie werden eigenverantwortlich Projekte in verschiedenen Abteilungen übernehmen und dabei die Chance haben, Ihr organisatorisches und analytisches Geschick unter Beweis zu stellen.
Des Weiteren werden Sie aktiv an der Erstellung und Implementierung neuer Geschäftsprozesse beteiligt sein. Dies gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, an der Gestaltung der Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mitzuwirken. Zusätzlich dazu werden Sie unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen in verschiedenen Abteilungen unterstützen, sei es bei der Pflege von Stammdaten, im Rechnungswesen, im Mahnwesen, bei Bestellungen oder bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen.
Parallel werden Sie in der Nutzung von MS-Office geschult, um Daten zielgerichtet zu erfassen und aufzubereiten. Diese vielfältigen Aufgaben werden Ihnen die Gelegenheit bieten, Ihr Talent und Ihre Fähigkeiten in einem teamorientierten Umfeld einzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
