What can you expect?
- You write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards
- You practice your professional creativity in our cloud-based backend solution developed by Springboot (Kotlin, PostgresQL, Redis, CI/CD) by improving the CI/CD Pipeline and AWS infrastructure
- You support and drive our agile development process using continuous end-to-end integration and delivery, so everyone can capture their codes into production quickly
- You guide junior talents, share your expertise with colleagues, and participate in our cross-team community
- You provide feedback to the product and/or design team on the feasibility of proposed changes and offer reasonable alternatives when necessary to ensure the scalability, fault tolerance, and efficiency of our product
- You help us to work lean and establish design patterns in our applications without having to involve special architects
- You are responsible for writing and maintaining meaningful unit and integration tests

What should you bring along?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in backend development projects
- You are experienced in Kotlin / Java using RESTful HTTP and WebSocket communication, databases (Postgres), as well as Continuous integration (Spring Boot, Docker on Kubernetes / AWS) with unit and integration testing (Junit)
- You are willing to take responsibility for tasks and projects
- You can communicate fluently in English internally and externally

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
