Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die interdisziplinäre, ingenieurwissenschaftlich geprägte Produktentwicklung im Bereich Alkali-Elektrolyse
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Untersuchung und Empfehlung geeigneter Materialien für den Einsatz in einem alkalischen Elektrolyseur, sowie auch für die Durchführung des technischen Änderungsmanagements und Überführung der Änderungen in die Produktion
- Du bist zudem verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Testprotokollen und -vorschriften zur Ermittlung der Grundursache von Fehlern und Validierung des Produktes
- Du übernimmst die Dokumentation vom Stand der Technik und von Neuentwicklungen im Bereich der alkalischen Elektrolyse und Umsetzung in den Produkten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium (mind. Master oder gleichwertige Erfahrung) in Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder verwandter Disziplinen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Materialentwicklung, bevorzugt mit Produkten im Alkali-Bereich, mit und hast mehr als zwei Jahre industrielle oder akademische Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
- Du kannst mit deiner Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität von dir überzeugen, Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation runden dein Profil ab
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
