Wir sind ein dynamisches Beratungsteam, das es sich zum Ziel gemacht hat, schlanke, digitale und nachhaltige Finanz- und Admin-Lösungen für Startups zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Wir verstehen uns als externes Finance Office und bilden dabei das gesamte Finance-Themenspektrum, von Buchhaltung bis BI-Reporting ab. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine*n motivierte*n, proaktive*n Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) als Erweiterung für unser Team.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Inhalte wie Blogartikel, Website-Texte und Infographiken und kurze Videos zum Thema Finanzplanung, Buchhaltung und Reporting
- Du steuerst Distributionskanäle wie Social Media und Newsletter und verstehst es, passende Formate ausfindig zu machen und Deinen Content in Szene zu setzen
- Du recherchierst neue Themen für Artikel und Keywords
- Du kannst Dich mit viel Empathie in unsere Zielgruppen bzw. Personas und deren Fragen, Herausforderungen und Journeys hineinversetzen und recherchierst passende Themen
- Du unterstützt unsere Gründer bei der Konzeption neuer Content-Stücke und -Kampagnen entlang der Journey unserer Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst derzeit Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung auf Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast genügend Zeit, um dich dieser Position zu widmen
- Du schreibst gern, bist kreativ und hast ein Gefühl für Sprache. Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau in Wort und Schrift ist dabei eine Grundvoraussetzung
- Du hast Interesse an finanziellen Themen und idealerweise bereits Berührungspunkte mit Themen wie Finanzplanung oder Buchhaltung gehabt
- Du fuchst Dich gerne in neue Tools ein und hast im Idealfall schon mal etwas mit Indesign, Photoshop oder Canva gebastelt
- Pluspunkte bringen Dir erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Content Marketing, Kommunikation oder SEO
- Du sprichst Englisch auf gutem Niveau
- Du kannst selbstständig Arbeiten und hast keine Angst davor die Initiative zu ergreifen
- Du bist motiviert, diszipliniert und lösungsorientiert

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
