Als Elektriker für Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) bist Du ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams und trägst dazu bei, unsere Vision einer lebenswerten Welt durch den optimalen Einsatz von technischen Lösungen zu verwirklichen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Deine Fachkenntnisse einzusetzen und zu erweitern, indem Du an spannenden regionalen Projekten arbeitest und effiziente Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickelst.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für sämtliche Elektromontagearbeiten bei unseren regionalen Kunden
- Du sorgst durch deine Expertise im Bereich Elektrotechnik für eine reibungslose Koordination mit Subunternehmern und Fachfirmen
- Du schreckst nicht vor Arbeiten an der zugehörigen MSR- und GLT-Technik zur Optimierung der Anlage zurück
- Du nimmst leicht die Perspektive unserer Kunden ein und entwickelst gemeinsam effiziente Lösungen
- Du bist für die Wartungsorganisation sowie die Durchführung der elektrischen Wartungsarbeiten verantwortlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit und weißt welche Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien von Relevanz sind
- Du hast Erfahrung mit diversen Gebäudesteuerungen und Bussystemen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, hast den Blick für Menschen und bist sensibel für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du punktest mit sicheren Deutsch- und grundlegenden Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
