Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen die Microsoft Windows Server-Umgebungen unserer DataCenter-Kund:innen
- Du stellst den professionellen und stabilen Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur sicher
- Du überwachst die Systeme mittels leistungsfähiger Monitoringsysteme und übernimmst im Bedarfsfall das Troubleshooting im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Du analysierst Optimierungspotentiale, führst Konfigurationen und Umbaumaßnahmen durch und treibst die Automatisierung voran
- Du administrierst und pflegst Hyper-V-Clusterfarmen sowie Active Directory Verzeichnisse, inklusive der zugehörigen peripheren Systeme, insbesondere im Citrix-Umfeld
- Du arbeitest prozessorientiert nach ITIL und dokumentierst technische Veränderungen in den IT-Umgebungen
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei Presales Aktivitäten und stehst dabei einem starken Team zur Seite

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (w/m/d) oder dein Studium der Informatik / Informationstechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in großen IT-Infrastrukturen gesammelt und kennst dich mit Microsoft Windows Server Themen sowie angrenzenden Fachgebieten aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von MS Hyper-V, der System Center Suite, Failover-Cluster sowie Active Directory
- Du bist begeistert von Automatisierung im Bereich Iaas (Infrastructure as a Service) und sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen System-Management- und Automatisierungsplattformen
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du verfügst über technische Expertise, ein souveränes Auftreten, einen eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil, gute Analysefähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
- Du verstehst dich als Dienstleister:in, arbeitest gewissenhaft und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
