Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die energiewirtschaftlichen Aufgabenstellungen, ordnest diese ein, priorisierst und übersetzt die Anforderungen zur Umsetzung oder Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, wobei es bis hin zur Fach-Konzeption gehen darf
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Anwender:in, Projekt, Programmierung und Marketing/Vertrieb
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung und des Product Life Cycles (Anforderungsmanagement, Produktstrategie, Vision, Roadmap, Versionsplanung) und stellst sowohl deine Pläne, als auch die Ergebnisse bzw. das ganze Produkt intern und extern vor
- Du unterstützt den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess bis hin zur Freigabe und der Außendarstellung von neuen Produkten und Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen
- Du übernimmst hauptverantwortlich die Aufgabe als Product Owner (m/w/d) in einem agilen Team. Dazu gehören die Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Produkt Backlogs ebenso wie das Kennen, Messen und Optimieren der Wertschöpfung unseres Softwareprodukts

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich (Applicants must be fluent in German language C1)
- Du kommst aus der näheren Umgebung von Langen oder Dresden, oder du bist umzugsbereit. Da wir uns eine Teamarbeit vor Ort wünschen
- Du besitzt schon 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Teams in der Rolle als Produktmanager / Product Owner (m/w/d) oder als Projektmanager (m/w/d) (im SaaS Umfeld)
- Du hast Erfahrungen hinsichtlich der Aufgaben eines Messstellenbetreibers (gMSB/wMSB) und / oder der Verwaltung von modernen Messeinrichtungen, intelligenten Messgeräten bzw. dem Smart Metering sammeln
- Sie verfügen über energiewirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- Du bringst uns mit deiner ausgeprägten Lösungsfokussierung, deiner hohen Verbindlichkeit und deiner Agilität in der Produktplanung voran
- Du konntest deine analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie dein Organisationstalent bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
