Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine umfassende Growth Marketing-Strategie um, um das Kundenaufkommen und den Umsatz zu steigern
- Du führst Marktanalysen durch, identifizierst Wachstumschancen und neue Markttrends und planst, führst und optimierst Online-Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle (z. B. Social Media, E-Mail, Content-Marketing)
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Lead-Generierung und Conversion-Optimierung durch gezielte Marketingmaßnahmen und überwachst und analysierst kontinuierlich die Marketingkennzahlen, um die Effektivität der Kampagnen zu messen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Business Development Team und unseren Vertriebsteams zusammen, um das Kundenerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du beobachtest aktiv das Wettbewerbsumfeld und identifizierst und setzt Best Practices um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell in einem Studium im Bereich Marketing, Elektrotechnik oder Projektmanagement eingeschrieben
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing oder Vertrieb sammeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Eigenmotivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und lösungsorientiertes Denken aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
