Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für kleine und große IT-Projekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Microsoft Exchange für unsere mittelständischen bis großen Firmenkund:innen
- Du übernimmst Beratung, Konzeption, Design und Implementierung moderner IT-Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Exchange-Infrastrukturen unserer Kund:innen
- Du automatisierst Services mittels PowerShell Scripting und übernimmst professionelles Projektmanagement sowie die Optimierung der Prozesse nach ITIL
- Du bringst im Kundenkontakt souverän deine Ideen zu Verbesserungen ein und gewährleistest ein kompetentes Reporting zum Aufgabenstand
- Du bist Teil eines starken und dynamischen Teams und unterstützt die Kolleg:innen im 3rd-Level-Support

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), ein Studium der Informatik oder Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet, hast Freude an der (Weiter)-Entwicklung der „Modern Workplaces“ unserer Kund:innen und bringst gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Windows Umfeld mit
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse in einer der Technologien MS Exchange (Online), Exchange Online Protection oder Microsoft 365 und hast eine entsprechende Microsoft Zertifizierung
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist lernbereit, hast eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist, Fairness und Respekt im Umgang mit anderen Menschen sind dir wichtig
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und verfügst über regionale Reisebereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
