Als Förster (m/w/d) in unserem Team haben Sie die Möglichkeit, langfristige waldbauliche Maßnahmen zu planen und ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet zu betreuen. Sie leiten ein kleines Team und tragen zur Erhaltung und Pflege unserer Wälder bei.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen langfristig alle waldbaulichen Maßnahmen, darunter Aufforstung, Einschlagung, Waldschutz und Naturschutz
- Sie sind für die Instandhaltung und Pflege des vorhandenen Wegenetzes sowie für die Verkehrssicherheit verantwortlich
- Sie kontrollieren und sorgen für die Einhaltung der FSC und PEFC Standards
- Sie planen, bereiten und überwachen alle jagdlichen Maßnahmen
- Sie verwalten Liegenschaften
- Sie führen ein vierköpfiges Team

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit Fachrichtung Forstwirtschaft
- Sie besitzen die Führerscheine B, BE, T, Radlader sowie einen Motorsägeschein (inkl. Freischneider) und einen Jagdschein
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, Fip und GIS
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind mobil und können die Distanz zwischen den Revieren (70 – 100 km) zurücklegen
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und unternehmerisch
- Sie sind flexibel und können ggf. Bereitschaftsdienste leisten und bei Bedarf am Wochenende arbeiten

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
